Presenter FAQ
How do I get to NHS on the morning of 4/22 to be a presenter?
All presenters will need to find their own transportation to Northville High School on the morning of 4/22. They may drop their project off the afternoon/evening of 4/21 between 3pm and 6pm, or bring it with them the morning of 4/22 starting at 7:30am. Presentations must be set up and ready to present by 9am on 4/22.
When do I need to be ready to present for Community Night?
Community night takes place the evening of 4/22. Your project will already be set up from earlier in the day, but all presenters should be at community night no later than 6pm.
Do I need to bring a lunch if I’m a presenter?
Yes. Any student presenting during the day on 4/22 should bring a bag lunch. Refrigeration will not be available and students can choose to eat their lunch at any time.
How do we get back to our schools if we’re presenting during the day?
Students presenting during the day on 4/22 will ALL be transported back to their school by bus around 12:30pm. All students must be transported by bus, with the exception of high school students who will walk back to class. Projects may not be transported on the bus, even if you are not able to attend Community Night. If you’d like to pick up your project, you may do so any time after school through the end of community night at 8pm. Projects not collected by the end of community night will not be saved.
